The Catering Management System is a web application that helps a catering business manage event bookings, menus, quantities, staff, and billing in one coordinated platform. Customers can browse menu packages, request quotes for events, specify guest counts and dates, and track their booking, while the caterer plans resources, assigns staff, and confirms orders without the confusion of scattered phone notes. The system calculates costs based on selected menus and headcount, generates clear quotations and invoices, and keeps a record of every event.
