What is the Property Rental Management System?
The Property Rental Management System is a web application that helps landlords and rental agencies manage rental properties, tenants, leases, and payments in one organised place. Owners can list properties available for rent with details and images, while prospective tenants browse listings, enquire, and apply. Once a tenancy begins, the system tracks lease terms, due dates, rent payments, and maintenance requests, giving both landlord and tenant a clear view of their obligations. Administrators manage properties, tenants, and payments from a central dashboard, and the system flags overdue rent so follow-up is timely.
