What is the Property Tax Management System?
The Property Tax Management System helps a municipal office manage property tax. Each property is recorded with owner, area, type and ward.
Tax is calculated using set rules, owners pay online or at the counter, and receipts are generated. Pending tax and penalties are shown clearly. It is built with PHP, CodeIgniter and MySQL.

- Install XAMPP and start Apache and MySQL from the XAMPP control panel.
- Copy the project folder into
C:\xampp\htdocs\(orhtdocson Mac). - Open
localhost/phpmyadmin, create a new database and import the.sqlfile we provide. - Open the database config file and enter your database name, username and password.
