What is the Fee Management System?

The Fee Management System helps schools and colleges collect fees correctly and on time. The admin sets fee heads like tuition, bus and exam fees for each class or course.

The accounts office collects payments in parts or full, prints receipts, and the system shows dues and late fines automatically. Students and parents can view their fee history. It is built with PHP, CodeIgniter and MySQL.

Best for: BCA, MCA, BSc IT, BE / B.Tech (CSE / IT) and diploma students. Good as a mini project for your semester submission.

  1. Install XAMPP and start Apache and MySQL from the XAMPP control panel.
  2. Copy the project folder into C:\xampp\htdocs\ (or htdocs on Mac).
  3. Open localhost/phpmyadmin, create a new database and import the .sql file we provide.
  4. Open the database config file and enter your database name, username and password.
  5. Open localhost/project-folder in your browser and log in with the admin details given in the documentation.
