What is the Token Queue Management System?

The Token Queue Management System keeps waiting areas orderly in banks, hospitals and offices. Customers get a printed token by service type.

Counter staff call the next token, which appears on a display screen with a voice announcement. Reports show waiting time and counter performance. It is built with C# .NET WinForms.

  1. Install Visual Studio Community with the .NET desktop development workload.
  2. Install Firebase and restore or attach the database file we provide.
  3. Open the .sln solution file in Visual Studio.
  4. Update the connection string in App.config if your server name is different.
  5. Press F5 (Start) and log in with the admin details from the documentation.
