What is the Sleep Monitoring Wearable?

The Sleep Monitoring Wearable tracks how well a person sleeps. An accelerometer records movement, and a heart rate sensor records pulse during the night.

The data is used to estimate light sleep, deep sleep and awake time, and a sleep score is shown in the app in the morning. It is built with ESP32 and Arduino C/C++.

Best for: BE / B.Tech (ECE, EEE, E&TC, CSE, IT), diploma and polytechnic students. Good as a mini project for your semester submission.

How the Sleep Monitoring Wearable Works

1

Sense

Sensors read real-world values like temperature, gas, motion or distance.

2

Process

The microcontroller checks the values against set limits.

3

Act

It turns on a buzzer, relay, motor or LED when needed.

4

Notify

Live data and alerts are sent to a phone app or web dashboard.
