What is the Password Manager Desktop App?

The Password Manager Desktop App stores all passwords safely behind one master password. Each entry has website, username, password and notes, and is encrypted with AES.

A password generator creates strong passwords, and passwords can be copied with auto-clear. It is built with C# .NET WinForms.

  1. Install Visual Studio Community with the .NET desktop development workload.
  2. Install MySQL and restore or attach the database file we provide.
  3. Open the .sln solution file in Visual Studio.
  4. Update the connection string in App.config if your server name is different.
  5. Press F5 (Start) and log in with the admin details from the documentation.
