What is the Project Tracking Management System?

The Project Tracking Management System helps managers follow every project from start to end. Each project has milestones, tasks, team members and deadlines.

Team members log time and update progress, and the system shows percentage complete and delays. Clients can be given a view of progress. It is built using PHP, CodeIgniter and MySQL.

  1. Install XAMPP and start Apache and MySQL from the XAMPP control panel.
  2. Copy the project folder into C:\xampp\htdocs\ (or htdocs on Mac).
  3. Open localhost/phpmyadmin, create a new database and import the .sql file we provide.
  4. Open the database config file and enter your database name, username and password.
  5. Open localhost/project-folder in your browser and log in with the admin details given in the documentation.
