  1. Install Visual Studio Community with the .NET desktop development workload.
  2. Install PostgreSQL and restore or attach the database file we provide.
  3. Open the .sln solution file in Visual Studio.
  4. Update the connection string in App.config if your server name is different.
  5. Press F5 (Start) and log in with the admin details from the documentation.
